The total of the program tuition fee should be paid in full
before the first day of the class.
Registration fee, I-20 processing fee and FedEx International
courier fee is non-refundable.
The tuition fee refund will be calculated according to the
school policy which is stated on Enrollment Agreement. All cancellations
must be submitted in writing to the school director.
All refunds will be made within 45 days after receiving the
form. Domestic refunds (within U.S.A) will be sent in the form
of a check. International refunds (outside USA) can only be
made in the form of wire transfer with an additional charge
of $35 which will be deducted from the refund amount as wire
transfer charge.
Please be advised that the refund will not be processed without
a completely filled and signed refund form.
Student who has paid their tuition fee through agents must
contact the agents directly for refund.
Students who registered for the English Program will be given
a level test to determine the class level. School counselor
will assign student into the appropriate class based on the
score from the level test.
There is no guarantee to be assigned for the morning classes.
In case student who registered morning class changes to afternoon
class, he/she will be able to get credit classes. There is no
refund for the changing the class.
One week vacation is granted for every four weeks registration.
“Vacation request form” should be submitted before the requesting
vacation date.
Students must request the vacation within the registered program.
The vacation will not be granted after the registered term is
over. Vacation requests cannot be carried forward for the next
program.
No make-up classes are given for national holidays.
The course material will be replaced or exchanged if damaged,
however the school shall not replace or exchange the material
if damaged by the students or if anything is written on them.
Students will be responsible to pay for any damages caused
by them to the facility or school equipment’s.
School does not take any responsibility about student’s personal
belongings left at the facility.
Smoking is not permitted in the school premises or inside
the building.
Food and beverages is strictly forbidden in the school premises.
The School needs a minimum of three to four weeks prior notice
to arrange for accommodations. Accommodation is strictly based
upon availability of rooms without any guarantee. The School
under no condition shall be held responsible if there is no
availability of rooms at requested location(s) or if accommodation
cannot be provided.
This service is provided to our students with no additional
charge and is not mandatory.
Terms and Conditions For international students
The complete program fee payments must be made in full before
the school can issue an I-20 to a student.
International student must have at least 80% of attendance.
Their status will be terminated after getting warning by the
school director, if student fails to keep at least 80% of attendance.
In case the student wants to go in for the reinstatement procedure,
the student is required to pay the required fees to USCIS.
International students are solely responsible to keep their
I-20 valid.
F1 students must inform school well before the last date mentioned
on I-20 if they need to extend their I-20.
F1 students must attend 2 months classes mandatory to keep
their students visa status, failure to do so will result in
termination
F1 students, change of status must attend 2 months classes
mandatory to keep the students visa status. Failure to do so
will result in termination
F1 students must not have any outstanding balance. Failure
to pay will result in termination and will not be transferred
till the complete payment is done.
M1 students must inform school 45 days before the last date
mentioned on I-20 if they need to extend their I-20.
M1 students must inform school 6 months before the last date
mentioned on I-20 if they want to transfer to other school
M1 students cannot transfer from M visa to F visa under immigration
law.
For all process through USCIS, International student must
submit the designated forms to Course Adviser. Required forms
are available upon request.
Student who is willing to change the category of status must
pay the fee to USCIS. School shall not pay the fee for the change
of status.
Students shall be reported to USCIS by PCTECH immediately
after being caught doing the following: Staying
in the US illegally. Working
illegally.
