TOEFLコースは、iBT（internet based test）受験の準備コースで、4週72時間もしくは8週144時間のコースです。この準備コースは最初にそれぞれの生徒が総合的にどれだけの英語力を持っているかをチェックし、得意・不得意部分をふるいわけます。

TOEFLコースはハイスコア取得のための、リーディング、リスニング、スピーキング、ライティングのすべてのスキルを試験に添った形でカバーします。コース内で実施されるモデルテストによってどれだけ英語力が伸びているか確認も可能です。結果としてベースの英語力がアップするだけでなく、それぞれの生徒自身、どのフィールドでつまづいているのか、どの科目を集中的に勉強するべきなのかなど総合的にはっきりと自覚することになります。

<7つのモデルテスト>

TOEFLコースはTOEFLの試験に添って７つのモデルテストを用意しています。自身の得意・不得意部分をテストによって把握し、その不得意部分のフィールドを重点に置いた英語練習を数週間かけて行います。 TOEFL試験の模擬テストも含まれます。最終段階では受講前からどれだけ英語力が伸びているかスコアによって確認できます。

PCTECHのTOEFLコースは、試験のスコア獲得を第一の目的とします。宿題・テストによる不得意分野の克服は経験豊富なトレーナーが個々に指示します。

カリキュラム

The reading section will increase the students ability to read and understand passages in English. The student will also be working on their comprehension of major ideas, important information, vocabulary, and relationships among different ideas in the passage.

The listening section student will improve their ability to understand conversations and lectures in English. The student will be taught on comprehension of general ideas and supporting details of the conversations and lectures. they will also learn to identify a speaker’s purpose in making a particular statement, and a speaker’s attitude toward a particular topic.

The speaking section will increase the students ability to speak in English about a variety of topics. There are topics that are appropriate for international students.

・ Independent Task (Talk about a familiar topic)

In the writing section the student will increase their ability to plan and write responses to questions in essay format. Student later will be able to select and convey relevant information, organize and support ideas, and demonstrate that you can use English effectively.
